Join the National Space Centre ONLINE for a three week mission to discover the possibility of life in our Universe.

Join the National Space Centre ONLINE for a three week mission to discover the possibility of life in our Universe.

Dare to boldly go where no human has gone before? Do you think the truth is out there? Have we been watching too many sci-fi shows during lock down? Find out the answers to these questions and many more over our Easter holiday period (we might even have some special alien eggs to share with you!)

Normally these three weeks would be some of the busiest of the year for the charity, with several thousand people visiting the Centre each day. However, to ensure the safety of visitors and staff our doors are closed at the moment, but our Discovery Team have moved our mission to inspire and educate online, so we will bring you everything you expect from the National Space Centre… digitally!

Out three week Easter holiday period (covering the whole of the UK) includes many highlights, including daily craft session on our Facebook page at 11:00 and our weekly Space Cadets online club.

If you are looking for activities to enjoy at home (until we are able to reopen later in the year), head on over to our Facebook or YouTube channels each day.

You can also pre-book (limited capacity) one or more of our weekly Space Cadets online sessions for science engaged children.

Places are limited and each week the club will focus on a different subject linked to space science and exploration.

Sessions will be 60 minutes and include talks, craft ideas, downloadable resources and engaging content to support home learning.
