Sony Gold Award -winning comedian and science enthusiast, Robin Ince (Radio 4’s Infinite Monkey Cage with Prof Brian Cox) is taking over the Sir Patrick Moore Planetarium for one night only, and is bringing his friends.

Robin is predominantly known as a science populariser and pioneering comedian behind hugely successful live events such as The Book Club, School for Gifted Children and 9 Lessons and Carols for Godless People.

He presents Infinite Monkey Cage on Radio 4 with Brian Cox which recently won the Sony Gold Award.

For stand-up, he has won three Chortle Awards, the Time Out Outstanding Achievement Award and was nominated for the British Comedy Awards Best Live show.

He is a regular contributor to Alan Moore’s Dodgem Logic magazine, New Statesman and as well as The Times, Telegraph, The Independent, Eureka Science Magazine, Reader’s Digest and many more.

His regular radio appearances have included The News Quiz, Just a Minute and Loose Ends as well as presenting the documentaries Schrodinger’s Cat and Vinyl Culture.

He has made many TV appearances on panel shows and Stand Up shows including The Review Show, The TV Book Club and many more.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
This event is for people aged 18+.  If you appear to be below 25, you will be asked for photo ID.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
There are 400 free car parking spaces available on site. We are happy to call taxis for people and there is a bus stop to the 54 route within a few minutes’ walk of the Centre.

What can/can’t I bring to the event?
Food and drink will not be allowed to be brought onto the premises.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
No, tickets are non-transferable or refundable.

Can I update my registration information?
No, once a ticket is purchased, no changes can be made.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Either a printed ticket, or a ticket on your phone or tablet (we like the non-printing option, it is better for the planet).

What is the refund policy?
All tickets are non-refundable.
