Included in every first visit is a fulldome show in the Sir Patrick Moore Planetarium.
- Annual Pass holders may be able to purchase a show on the day, but this is subject to availability.
- Each show has an advisory age limit, which is based on educational content level (children under this age may enjoy the visual of the show, but if they become unsettled, a member of staff is on duty to assist you leaving the planetarium safely).

We Are Stars

We Are Stars is narrated by Andy Serkis, who is known as the voice of Gollum in The Lord of The Rings and The Hobbit films. In We Are Stars, he provides the voice of the Time Master – a Victorian gent with his very own time tent that will whisk audiences back in time 13.8 billion years. We Are Stars enables families, adults and children the opportunity to explore the secrets of our cosmic chemistry, and our explosive origins.

We Are Aliens

We Are Aliens allows families, adults and children the opportunity to explore the important questions in the Universe. Are there other civilisations out there? Will we one day connect with them? Or is it just us? In other words, are we alone? And you may just recognise the voice behind it all as it’s none other than actor Rupert Grint, famous for his portrayal of Ron Weasley in the Harry Potter movies.

From the sun-scorched surface of Mercury to the icy expanses of Pluto and beyond, prepare to be subjected to the myriad dangers and wonders of our Solar System, on a breathtaking tour that reveals just how precious our home planet really is. Be warned though, the Observatorium isn’t just for show. It will transport the audience right to the heart of some of the deadliest locations in our slice of the heavens. It’s going to take some fancy flying to get everyone back in one piece!
