Join us for a special one-day event celebrating 35 incredible years of the Hubble Space Telescope! This exciting, family-friendly experience is packed with hands-on demos, engaging talks, and fun craft sessions, all designed to bring the wonders of space to life.
It’s the perfect way to enjoy the National Space Centre during the Easter school holidays. Explore our award-winning exhibitions, take in a planetarium show in the UK's largest planetarium, and discover the fascinating science behind one of the most iconic space telescopes in history.

Hubble, along with many other incredible telescopes around the world and in space, has provided us with stunning images of nebulae - huge clouds of gas and dust found all over the galaxy. Join our Space Comms team to find out more about the different types of nebulae and create your own Nebul-ART to take home!

Planetarium Show
Included in your first visit is one of our award-winning shows in the UK’s largest planetarium. Sit back and enjoy this fulldome experience where you can take a tour through the Solar System, discover what it takes to be an astronomer, or be guided through the night sky without light pollution or the British weather to hamper you.
Annual Pass holders can book an additional show upon arrival, subject to availability, for £3 per person.

Join a member of our Discovery team for an immersive Planetarium experience, sit back and relax as we journey together through the wonders of the Universe. Your presenter will guide you around the current, seasonal, night-time sky before venturing into space for a unique perspective of Earth and other more distant celestial objects.
