    Space Cadets Online

    To support Home Education and Lost Learning our Discovery team host regular ONLINE space club sessions.

    If your child is aged 7-11, interested in science and looking for something to do over the school holiday period, book a session now.

    Sessions will be 60 minutes and include talks, craft ideas, downloadable resources and engaging content to support home learning.

    We are hosting two identical sessions online to enable families across the UK to drop in when their region is on holiday:

    • 22 October
    • 29 October

    Price per household (one login): £4

    Price includes:

    • ONE unique access code to the online workshops and talks on date selected via ZOOM.
    • Downloadable resources to support online content.

Places are limited and this week the club will focus on:

  • Mission Europa Join the Discovery team this October half term to find out more about the Clipper Mission to Europa, why is it going, what might it find and how is it going to investigate the moon.

FAQ

This event is for children aged between 7 and 11, and their families, who want to find out more about space.

There will be a chat window open as part of the session, and we will try to answer some of your questions but due to time constraints we may not be able to answer them all.

Once you have booked and paid for the event, a link will be shared with you, via email. Using a laptop or computer, you can click this link 5 minutes before the event starts to join the session. You will also be sent a password to use on the day to join to the online session. One booking will give access for one computer to log in to the session. Places are limited so each participant must be registered to access the session.

Your £4 fee is for ONE household, so should not be shared or purchased by groups or schools.

No, the sessions are live, so you can participate for the 60 minutes you have booked.
